Hotels, Resorts & Casinos

Functionality to control multiple restaurants and bars, catering facilities and room service, hotels and resorts develop far more recipes, and focus heavily on the transfers and purchasing sides of the system. Hotels and resorts require multiple profit center capability and rely on networked systems to meet their needs.

Long-Term Care
& Senior Living

Facilities with multiple dining areas offering a combination of fixed menu operations, diet-specific meal planning, and catering for special events. Centralized production kitchens and procurement processes ensure efficiency and compliance with dietary and regulatory requirements.

Higher Ed: Colleges & Universities

Institutional feeders tend to offer more buffet-style food service, and generally have larger inventories. Many institutional feeders use cycle menus and require menu planning capability to handle them. Institutional feeders typically require multiple profit center environments, and rely on strong purchasing and ordering functions.

Convention Centers & Arenas

Multi-profit center environments that provide fixed menu operations, catering and franchised foodservice locations. Often, warehouses and centralized production kitchens, and typically benefit from centralized procurement. Vendor bidding, contract compliance and stand sheet capabilities can also be critical to some of these operations.

FOOD-TRAK® Enterprise Information System

A stand-alone system intended for corporate operations whose multi-outlet FOOD-TRAK data needs to be consolidated at the corporate level and whose reports may need to be shared at various levels of the corporate structure.

The system works on a basic import/export arrangement. Individual locations export data files that are then imported and stored in a central corporate database. Once inside the corporate database those various sets of data are used to create consolidated reports which can be distributed for viewing in a variety of ways.

EIS is fully controlled at the corporate level right down to the individual outlet configuration method. All functions may be scheduled to run at predetermined times without operator intervention.

District managers or supervisors can generate and receive reports using an industry standard web browser. With this feature, corporate managers can be anywhere in the world and view any report available through the system.

Features & Benefits:

  • Consolidated Report Creation
  • Automated and scheduled reporting
  • Integration into other foodservice applications such as POS, Accounting, and Labor Management
  • Vendor Bid Portal
  • Menu Planning & Nutritional Analysis
